I had some news this morning after I told them about their reputation on "muscle guru". They pretend now this "Your order delivered. 2016-07-20 10:24:26 Please call dpd courier...". They forget as I explained in my message before that the 22th july, they told me that they can't send because one product was missing and asked me to change product... For the beguining, they are unable to give me a tracking number and they're trying to make me believe now that it's DPD's fault! And they want me to fix the problem with DPD knowing that it's impossible without tracking number... They own me 330€...

All im saying is reviews dont lie ,well here anyway , i trust a brother or sister on hear everyday with high karma , and in good standards ...people that are active ,people that are here generally do not get burned ...like to see you in forums.

Look bro, one friend of mine orders for one year by this website and so, when I asked him for a serious website, he told be about this one. The only difference in the way to order is that he orders with bank transfert (I sended money by dpd). So, I trust my friend first because for me I had non reason not to do this ! And then, after I saw the  reviews, when I began to have problems... I discovered muscle guru at the same time I ordered. 

So, if they a thiefs, I know for a good source that they are not always, but yes, I think this time they try to f... me !

If I'm wrong and I get my order, of course I'll post it here...

Did you look at the reviews before you ordered  ??

Fake reviews , all other reviews deleted due to unacceptable , others banned there is not 1 good review ,the whole review section yells at me 

Thats why there is a review section evadently you didnt even look at them ,you have to blame yourself here .yes thats why we have reviews ,

I suggest getting active and or at least review your sources before order. .sorry this happened but my god look at the track history we have sources here with 20,30 40 great reviews.   Got to blame yourself on this one 

Big problems of communication with them. I placed an order the 11 july, send money by dpd and send them the tracking number immediatly the 12 july as they ask us to do. Dpd tracking said that money was delivered the 18 july. I send them an email with the link that shows them that they get the money and asked if everything's all right. No answer the 3 days after, so I asked again the 21 if everythings was right with my order and ask them to answer me (please..). Then they answered me the 22: What is to answer? "When we get money, we send!" Just like that... I told them that I was waiting confirmation that they get my money since, and eventually, a tracking number if they have send my order. They answer me : "No money for the moment, sometimes it takes 4 weeks by post to get money!".

I send them another time the DPD tracking witch shows that they had the money 4 days before! Then they answer me that they sended me an email to say that one product was missing and ask me to change my order and once I had changed, they would send my order. I answerd them that I didn't get any email from them saying that!!! I would have answered immediatly! Anyway, I changed my order immediatly for another product.

Since then (the 22), they don't answer to my mails anymore. I'm just asking for tracking number...

And on their website, in my account, there's a bill since the 20th and a note witch says : DELIVERED

It's bizarre. Does anyone have the same kind of problem with them?
