Tri test pro 400. 400mg twice a week

every 6 weeks
are you sure you need 800 mg/week? if you're a beginner this is way too much

That's what I was told. With test 400, 1 ml = 800mg so .5 ml = 400mg is that correct

My math was wrong

no, test 400 = 400 mg per 1 ml.
0.5 = 200 mg
2 ml = 800 mg

Also, what HGH.to has written will refer to Testosterone + Ester e.g. Testosterone Enanthate, Test Prop etc Not Actually the amount of Testosterone.

For Example Bayer Testoviron 250 mg = 250mg of Testosterone Enanthate in 1 ml but only has around 180mg of Testosterone in 1 ml.

The ester weight differs from ester to ester. The longer the ester, the heavier it is, the less raw testosterone per 100 mg

When I cycle off of test and deca to get back my normal T levels is it safe to use Winny

no. only use winny during your cycle, during the use of testosterone. you won't get your normal T levels if using winny (or any other steroid)

When using winny, how often should I pin...I've read a couple different suggestions.
