She can draw until that child is 18. At 18 if she's under 60 she loses here part till she's 60. As far as disability at 20 years snd getting your 30 yesr retirement youbhave to buy those credits with your settlement. I've seen guys buy 2 or 3 years, but never seen 10 years bought. You'd have to sue for injury and win a huge sum.
