But diet is everything. If you're drinking soda, juice, sports drinks, and most importantly beer... stop! All that sugar and empty calories. Its poison!
You should be focusing on drinking a gallon of water per day.
But something like anavar can help, clen can really help but it has a laundry list of side effects and 3 of them directly effect your heart.
But no matter what you take... what you eat is going to dictate how you look.
You have to eat a certain way to look a certain way.
We all can't eat what ever we want and be 10% body fat... I mean I can... but not all of us
