Addition to trt for burning stomach fat

Hey I’ve been on trt for a long time and I have some stubborn stomach fat I can get rid off. Any advise on what to add to testosterone to help burn the stomach fat? Thank in advance

what's your T levels with TRT?

This is the hard truth. Everyone wants the magic pill for everything. I totally believe in cardio but I can’t do it for the life of me. But I’m soaked by the time my hour and a half on the steel. I almost pass out sometimes in the gym just because Of my intensity is so fucking high. It’s all about effort and how bad you want it.

Still trying to figure out what this cardio is... never heard of it... damn sure never done it.

But diet is everything. If you're drinking soda, juice, sports drinks, and most importantly beer... stop! All that sugar and empty calories. Its poison!
You should be focusing on drinking a gallon of water per day.
But something like anavar can help, clen can really help but it has a laundry list of side effects and 3 of them directly effect your heart.
But no matter what you take... what you eat is going to dictate how you look.
You have to eat a certain way to look a certain way.
We all can't eat what ever we want and be 10% body fat... I mean I can... but not all of us 🤣😂
(Sorry guys, I just couldn't resist... you can let the hate fall like rain... I can take it)

Cardio - yeah, it's a killer 😁
I used to do loads but, knees, lower back, ankles.... I use bikes and elliptic trainers now and walk - speed walking on running machines (I walk faster than some of the yummy mummys lol).

Diet is a mental thing for me. If I am down, I eat (the wrong stuff). If I am in a good place - my diet is perfect.

2 years ago I had a full year of no stress and ate so much chicken I clucked first thing in the morning - stress at work and the tower came crashing down...
