Ever hear of the "Purvis Press"? It is where you grab a bench, dumbs and the ankle cuffs and set up as if you are benching inside of the cable machine. You then strap your wrists/forearms with the ankle cuffs to a relatively light weight on the cable machine. Lay on the bench and have someone load you up with the dumbs. Now press... it is like a press and a flye at the same time.
Yeah, I've tried it... If you ask me, it's a lot of work setting up and (albeit figuratively) a pain in the a$$. It is different though...
