Breakfast
1 cups oatmeal
4 whole eggs
2 slices bacon
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
10:30 am
Snack
1 banana
1 cups cottage cheese
Or
1 cheese and beef stick
12:30
Lunchtime
2 slices ezekiel bread
10oz lean meat
As much spinach possible
1/2 a tomato
1/2 a avocado
100g sweet potato
2:30 pm
Snack
2 servings nuts
Smoked oyster or tuna
5:00 pm
Dinner
10oz lean meat
400g zucchini
1 bag veggie mix
1 tbsp olive oil
Swap zucchini when needed
7 to 8 pm
Snack
Okios vanilla greek yogurt
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 square dark chocolate
1 serving almonds
10 to 11 pm
casein protein 25 g
