Just started my PCT from my cycle of npp/sust/tbol with a prop taper at the end. I am 4 days into the PCT and lost a little bit of bloat or fullness  so far but thats it. Just wanted to make a thread about this because this time I am doing something different. I immediately changed my diet to a caloric surplus with the thoughts that it will help to preserve much more muscle from the cycle. I will keep you guys updated on how things go.

good man. eat as much as possible and stay positive. for me 2 weeks into pct and I'm back on track. My problem has been jumpin the gun on the next cycle...

Good luck to you!  Im in week 3 of pct and feel pretty good.  Was super strong first 2 weeks, then took a slight dip.  Caloric surplus, and less volume is the way to go IMO.

the test levels have definitely dropped, performance in the bedroom is suffering. Desire comes and goes but erection quality is not quite on point. Weight and size is still holding well and strength is still decent, probably lost about 15% strength, recovery time of course is longer lol.

badger now between work, school, and the kiddo. But I still dont give a damn ;). Its ok, size is holding, but man i miss the feeling of that extra test

Yea brother cheezy pct is rough! Keep your head down and push through it. Eat big and train hard. Get some viagra for the erections, and you'll be sporting an erection that could cut diamonds.

I think once you are done with your cycle, and into the PCT you are too late for HCG.</p><p> </p>

Sounds legit bro, keep us updated! I've always tried to maintain same caloric intake during pct, same protocol as yours,  and usually water drops off first, then a few lbs...

I know guys that take natural test booster along beside clomid & nolva & they swear it helps & gives them energy. Have you or anyone you know tried it & does it make sense to even try it??

While the science does not back it up, lots of guys use DAA to help with PCT. One test booster that is backed by science is Vitamin D, and it's easy to become low on it during the winter months.</p><p> </p>

The only stupid question is the question not asked. Natty test boosters are bs and a money making scam by sup companies.
