I'm interested if any of my fellow members have tried, still using, like/dislike this training methodology.  Also, types of gains you've made in a certain time frame.

I'm.going.to be honest here ,I feel for.me.and i always speak for me., the gains I get ,are what ever I put In ....i can da I'm going natty but bring my diet and training and propper supps , and gain tremendous....then I can add a.aas.a d gain more but the bot to line comes Dow to I dont care wbat a brother does or what compound ,its the diet.and when I say.diet.i referring.to bulking.,where.you eat everything.,then.your clean bulk ,where.you eat all but propper ...but for me.at the end of day its diet. Then how hard and what time you put I gym.....lol this last year I have proved this to my self. What like 5 times. but.for me.its a stepping.stone.in my learning process as I always say just my opion for myself
