Deca for joints... Nolvadex on cycle

Currently taking 600mg test/600mg mast per week....UG labs I suspect is legit hormones but underdosed.
Two part question.
1. Is adding 200mg deca a good idea...strictly for joints. I practice gymnastics so size gain is no concern...healthy joints is a must.
2. Aromasin makes me feel like shit! Bloods confirm gear is real but weak...I suspect anyways. Estrodial- is at 15 and feel like shit. I know some say Mast acts as an A I but I've been on a few cycles and always feel like shit with AI....regardless. Currently on 10mg Nolva/day....feel much better. Why is Nolvadex written off? It worked on cycle for decades....just curious if I'm missing something.
You guys are the best

yes, strictly for joints without the need to gain any size then 100 mg/week could be enough.

you feel like shit because estradiol is at 15 so you shouldn't touch aromasin.

it's not that some say Mast acts as an AI - it actually does!

Thanks for the reply info! It's so hard to navigate solo. I am feeling really good on the test/mast I don't wanna add more but I've had injuries for years and they suck so 100 mg deca is fine....a-dex as a profalactic dose kills me....10 mg nolvadex a day is really nice. Will get blood work in a few weeks but advice Is always welcome.

then switch to nolva. it doesn't lower estrogen. and it already seems to be low. you definitely don't need arimidex/aromasin.
PS: due to lower estrogen you may also experience the joints issues too!
