Hello fellow Ironworkers. Am a 55+ longtime natural lifter looking to gain 20-30 lbs of muscle and finally ready to try a cycle or two of gear to help me reach that goal. Would like to keep things simple if possible. What do you guys suggest for a older lifter who has lifting experience but no gear experience and just looking for modest gains? How much of the gains will remain after stopping the gear?
