- 4 sets upper chest push-ups with feet elevated very high a foot above bed height
- 4 sets push-ups wide grip
- 3 sets upper chest push-ups feet elevated on bed
- 3 sets band flies hands low for lower/inner chest
- 3 sets band flies hands up high for upper/inner chest supersetted with hands middle position for middle/inner chest
CARDIO:
- 20 minutes on the bike

bandit you carb loading lol.That's a big ass sandwich, I've had a bowl a cereal (a very big bowl) a sleeve of Ritz crackers, 6 slices of pizza (boss rewarded us) 2 pieces of chicken (didn't weigh them) some mashed potatoes and some spinach. Now I'm trying to figure out something to eat before bed
looks great JJ but you could of had a stroke with numbers like that. i got a pacer- defib implanted in me so iam set at 60 i asked to boost 70 they said noway. w/o gear iam on 30 drugs for brain & heart. very well taken care of.Blood pressure check:
Remember when I started my diet one year ago my blood pressure was 175/125. Just goes to show with hard work, a perfect diet, and 5mg nebivolol, you can change your odds in life.

I had no idea my bp was that high. A friend kept pressuring me to test it. I didn’t listen until one day I just did it and I was shocked it was so high. I started my diet that day last year on October 1st. That friend died in June due to long term extremely high bp which led to kidney failure which led to cardiac arrest while at the dialysis clinic. I put a movie on Netflix or Amazon Prime to divert my mind from the pain and boredom of cardio.I really should do more cardio... but... I just hate it so much!
