Going for 12 weeks with a shot on Tuesday and Friday. You guy’s know I don’t count calories so I’m eating very clean with as much protein and water as I can get in me on a daily basis. Also doing a workout change also. Going heavier on my compound moves to see if I can shock my body a little.

I know first hand how messy that can be.
But hopefully something better is coming around the corner.
I only had to wait 4 months from the time my ex and I of 12 years split till I found the girl I'm with now. While the split was really hard... Mostly because my kids were so young at the time. Looking back it's the greatest fucking thing that's ever happened to me.

My idiot cousin wasted 2 weeks and sent money to some person... He sent me pictures of this girl he was about to meet. Way out of his league... I google searched the picture and she's some Italian pornstar. He sent her over $100 in those 2 weeks.... Fucking dumb cunt.
If they can't FaceTime within the first 2 days... Move on. If they ask for money or gift cards... Move on.
I had a buddy send some money to a "chick" for a plane ticket... Well of course when he went to the airport to pick her up... Needless to say she didn't get off the plane.
After a few minutes on Google... It was a model from go daddy. Who the actual person was... who knows.
He spent 2 months talking to this person. Sent countless pictures and texts. Sent her money for all sorts of shit. To this persons credit... They had tons of pictures and videos. But his dumbass never actually talked to them on the phone or FaceTimed them.

I use to have them take a picture holding up my name on a piece of paper. If they could do that... I would FaceTime. If not... Move on!
