Hair loss high dht

So got my dht levels checked. Normal range is 12-65. Mine was 118. What dangers can that produce. I'm only on trt 160 mgs a week. Been having some hair shedding so thinking of topical finasteride or something to help?

Thanks you think topical fin or oral fin would be a good fit for me then if my dht is so hight?

what does your doctor say? topical DHT won't reduce the overall levels.

Yea just the hair loss. Otherwise feel great.
