Here Here!!! Love that. That's the only reason I joined here. I always hated the snarky attitude I saw on other forums. This place is a bunch of gear heads being nice to each other!!! Whoa! I'm in. We all start at the bottom, and once you reach the top the best thing you can do is help the newbie take the next step.
