I did Test E cycle for 16-18 weeks

Hey everybody, I did a test E cycle for a long time, and I have to wait at least 4 weeks to start my post cycle therapy, right? Will Clomid for 6 weeks(50 mg), and Nolvadex for 6 weeks(20 mg) will be enough?

actually about 2 weeks is enough. it's different from one person to another, but generally - 2 weeks

most commonly, PCT plans are 4 weeks. I would start with Clomid 50 mg/day and Nolvadex 40 mg/day for 2 weeks, then reduce the dosage in half of both for 2 more weeks. But it's not to say that you can't go for 6 weeks or can't (actually should) adjust dosages.
