I just recently had a severe case of tennis elbow in my right elbow. I havent been able to workout upper body for about 6 months now and it will probably be another 3 months before I can lift again. So im getting ready for my first cycle to jump start my gains after I am ready to start lifting hard again.

Welcome to MG. I too have suffered with tennis elbow. It can be painful, but the biggest mistake I made was to quit training. Start a thread in the forum section and you can get some great info to help you tolerate and eventually alleviate the pain.
