Ventro is where it's at! When on a long ester cycle, that's definitely my go to. I feel ya though bro, I still haven't been able to talk myself into stabbing myself in the chest Pulp Fiction style, haha
You won't hit your sciatic nerve pinning ventro. That nerve originates in the lumbar spine and runs down the posterior hip bones along the buttocks and down each leg to the feet. (Dorsogluteal injections carry the risk of hitting that nerve)
You won't be disappointed pinning ventroglutes. They are an excellent site addition to rotate through.
