Is it just me?

So... when I pin I tend to favor my right side. My right quad, my right delt and my right glute. But for a while I consistently pinned my right quad.

Well... its noticeably bigger and more defined than my left.

So my question is... does pinning in a certain place make that muscle bigger?

I swear I've heard this before, but I've never looked into it.

I know back in the early 90’s there was a study shown that pinning winstrol directly in a specified muscle would cause over a 10% muscle mass increase in the muscle where pinned. It was common practice when a bodybuilder had less muscle mass in one area compared to the opposite side of the body’s muscles. That was a long time ago, so not sure if it is still held up today but it does make sense. All I’ve ever pinned is my glutes. I would definitely mix it up a little more. Good luck and be safe.
