I'm actually doing my pull day right now. I just did 250 reps of different types of pull downs. From wide to close, v bar attachment, single arm... They are fuckin pumped!
About to blast biceps and rear delts.

I just don't understand some peoples logic...
Like ok... I get the numbers are kinda close... But strength training isn't my main or only goal.
Just numbers I'd like to hit... I just don't understand...
Not to mention I have pictures on my tick tock... You can clearly see my legs and massive calves.

Just another reason why I love this forum so much... It's not full of fuckin retards just spouting nonsense out their fuck hole

while i understand what he's trying to say, i think he finds it really hard to understand that people are different, prioritize things differently, work differently and so on

And yeah he does have some traps 🤣😂.

But yeah he just couldn't seem to understand how much I lift isn't my goal.. and with my prior back injury having a crazy squat and deadlift isn't my main concern.
Aesthetics is my one and only concern. I know some people strength is their only concern.
It's like some people will spend $$$$$ of dollars on a fox body mustang to make it run 9s.
Personally... I'd rather have the better looking slower car.
Like all these kids obsessed with drag racing and talking about how their civic will gap a Lambo. Cool... Awesome... But you're still in a Civic... I'll take the Lambo. I don't give a flying fuck how fast it is... You can only go fast every once in a while. But the Lambo.. it looks good all day long... Night or day.. parked or moving.
Now will i get embarrassed at the red light... Sure 🤣😂🤣😂

I mean you can see the progress... But I don't have all that meat back there.
I know how to lat spread... I've spent months practicing how to flex and control each muscle. I can even flex my lats like others can flex their pecs. I can control each one.. I just don't have them to spread.

Also when you flex your biceps try and bring your shoulders back and down at he same time and it’ll flair your lays better
