I'm 36, I work in IT and I do bodybuilding.
I like this sport since childhood (thanks to Schwarzenegger movies) but I'm just trainning for near three years.
I measure 70 inches and weighs 165 lbs (143 before starting).
I am on this board because you have a very good reputation for the quality of the information found here.
I think it will be difficult for me to have a high turnout because my native language is not English.
I'm french so excuse me if my English is not correct.
