Those who know me know I am a big advocate of and incorporate massage therapy on a regular basis to increase flexibility and lean muscle mass gains.

I surprised there is no mention on massage type. I have strong feeling this arrival isn't talking about acrelacingx Swedish massage but meaning something more akin to a sports massage. I personally go in for a sports massage once a week and it is not a relaxing experience. Mildly painful to put it simple, but the way it helps with recovery is absolutely amazing!

I have had many serious injuries and have nerve damage around the body. many knots from muscle spasms. My wife does her thing for 45 min. 3 times a week. Its kept me in the game of bodybuilding.. I go intense on Sunday with Epsom salts hot Bath, massage and then heating pads on sore muscles and ice wrapped knees and ankles.  Good stuff.. I love what we do...

massage is a good thing, it's bad that many people forget about this. I love it bcoz it can prevent injuries, make muscles flexible and it's just relaaxing

My deep tissue massages are intense, I sometimes get done and feel ill for a little while. Now before I go in I drink a full 16 oz bottle of water, and another immediately following and it seems to help.
