Yeah man, a big part of the lifts looking fast and easy is from Speed Training. Some of them may have looked fast but didn't feel easy lol but yeah Speed Work is a big part of it.

As soon as I feel comfortable with my bicep tendon I'm gonna give westside and prilepins chart a whirl. I'll hit you up for any questions I might have.

I've been doing Westside wrong for the last 2 or 3 years bbut still made good gains. This last year has been consistent training with Westside correctly and I've made gains almost weekly with it the correct way. If it's not working for you then you are doing something wrong.

It's kind of hard not believe in it. The numbers speak for its self. There are a lot people putting up big number sue to westside. I was aim for a 400+ bench, but after reading westside I want a 500 bench press. I don't know how long it will take, but I'm going to try.
