Thanks for the advice. I hurt something in my lower back helping my dad move a refrigerator I went to the Dr and x rays were negative so he said I either tore or pulled a muscle which I would think is quite bit difference between the two they gave me some muscle relaxers and some steroids and referred me to a physical therapist. I have never done anything to my back b4 but I know one this sucks I can't seem to get over it maybe it's because I keep working but I own my own landscaping business and I can't just not go to work
There is an exercise known as reverse hyperextensions. It's exactly as the name implies. In a hyper extension your spinal erectors are the primary mover and hamstrings are secondary. With reverse hypers hamstrings are the primary and lower back erectors are secondary. You use light weight like 20-25 reps a set. Do them 4 times a week in addition to your core training. A guy named Louie Simmons had me do that for 6 weeks after I jacked my back up deadlifting. Mr. Simmons was/is the go to guy for strength training in the US. Make sure your stretching. And I promise you, your gonna be ok

The only thing I will add is the cobra stretch. This stretch literally saved me. Besides my awesome gf, it's the main reason why I'm able to workout again. About... idk 7 or 8 years ago I hurt my back. 3 herniated discs and a 6" tear in my spinal cord. I was laid up for months. Lost a bunch of weight and never recovered... not really. for years I took the pills they gave me and did the PT they wanted me to do. Nothing really helped. I lived in constant pain and that lead to poor lifestyle choices. I got down to a sickly 137lbs at 6ft tall.
I was kinda jacked in my 20s (19-25ish 176lbs) one day my current girlfriend seen a picture of me during that time, and made the comment "where's that Gainz, I wish that Gainz was still around"
(Honestly... it crushed me)
But instead of sulking I looked into ways of fixing my back.
Luckily with this stretch 2 or 3 times a day, and sometimes just watching tv like this... and some core work I was able to start lifting again.
So if you're back hurts, I recommend giving it a try. Do it for 2 minutes twice a day. Its gonna hurt at first, might even get locked up. But I promise at the end of the second week you're gonna feel so much better.

Literally changed my life. Yet was never told to do them in all the years of PT I had. The only thing that fixed me was the one thing the doctors never had me do.
Just another reason why I don't trust doctors

I hope this is a good spot for this. When I started trt with the Doc, it was 140mg/w and I was around 680,dl/ng from 380 in which was my baseline, so I think 200mg/w will have me around 900, we'll see

My doctor sucks I was on trt for 11 years and all of a sudden he says he is not taking my insurance anymore no warning or anything. Now I am trying to find a Dr my levels are 304 and the 2 Dr's I have seen says that's normal I say fuck that. I am 40 and I quit smoking 3 months ago and was starting to work out when I was moving a fridge and hurt my back so I had to stop. So now I have made up my mind as soon as my back is better and it's getting closer every day I am starting to work out which I have never done until right b4 I hurt my back. There is so much to learn I don't even know how to pick the right weights to start or what exercises or what the hell to eat Lol.. I am 6foot 4 I was 190 until I quit trt bow back k down to 178 I was on 1ml of test cyp 200 per week. But I have reached the time in my life yes its a little late at 40 but I want to get into shape and I want to build muscle and since I am going to have to start getting my test on My own I say fuck it might as well go big and get ja ked 😆. I am getting ready to place my first order through CENSORED of test cyp 300 after doing some research it seems good but any help or advice would be great.
It’s cheaper to get on you’re own and get bloodwork every couple months and to get your own cialis you don’t need an AI most like if you’re gonna do 200-250mg a week…where are you located?
