New to CBD Oil, Question About Nausea

I've been taking some oil for the last 3 days. Last 2 days I've had 20 drops of super low mg oil which is working out at 4.2mg CBD in total.

I've been taking it after coffee in the morning but about an hour before any food. After about 5 hours I start to feel slightly nauseous for a few hours. It's not too bad but not ideal.

The ingredients are Coconut MCT oil (Carrier Oil) and Anhydrous Hemp Oil. I eat a keto/carnivore diet so oil and fat are the basis of every meal. Could it still be the carrier oil?

It must be the oil. Because that's a crazy low dose of cbd. I honestly don't think 4mg of cbd would do anything at all.
I would ditch the oil and go to a gummy.
But I've never heard of anyone using 4mg. Usually the starting dose is 40mg and people go as high as 600mg.
So again I don't see 4mg doing anything at all. Cbd just isn't a potent drug.

Look at what you are doing.

You are introducing a substance into your system and, unlike a banana for example, you do not really know what is in the product you are ingesting.

Eating too many bananas can cause hyperkalaemia which can lead to arrythmia and, bananas are also a natural substance.

Take the logic and half the dose of the CBD oil. If nothing happens gradually increase the CBD dose until you either reach the dosage you want or until you feel ill. Simple.

Remember - All things are poison, and nothing is without poison; the dosage alone makes it so a thing is not a poison (Paracelsus, a looooong time ago).

I realise this is an old thread but someone may look for an answer based upon similar experience.
