Good afternoon everyone! I’m new to the forum but not new to the game. Certainly not an expert either. I’ve been using AAS for over 5yrs. I am always looking for ways to improve and I really enjoy the forums to get real life experience and knowledge.
I’m 40y/o 5’7 @ 185lbs, and currently 15% BF.
I’m currently doing a cut cycle of 500mg Test E and 400mg Mast E rn. I was running some Tren Hex but had to drop it after 6wks due to the anxiety start side starting to take a toll on me. I’m going into my 7th week of this 15wk cycle. My last 5-6wks o will be running 25mg Winstrol and 25mg Anavar.
The goal this cycle is to lean out and keep muscle while improving BF and get to around 10-12%. I do not compete so it’s all just to see how I can do it.
My diet is disciple and clean at least 6 days a week. I have a weakness for pretzels as a snack, and Costco Orange chicken with white rice. The pizza at Costco is pretty good as well.
