Wow almost same story and stats like you well i weighed 235 last year around june  i had a major surgery then distal bicep tendon tear could not use arm for almost 8 months and to lay off the sause and i got depressed and now a year later I'm 275 and went to doc and bp was high now I am on 2 bp meds and test levels way  below normal and he said he can not trt me until i get it down but all these guys on here are awesome and very helpful esp DOLF he's the man

You could try carb cycling as well.  Nutrition timing would be something I would research as well.
