B12 injections - 1CC ED throughout whole cycle
Fish oil blend, Advanced multivitamin, Vitamin C - ED x 3
Milk thistle - ED x 1

I have aromasin on hand if I need it. (Will start at 7.5mg ED if needed) Never had a problem with gyno or any bad sides (though ive only ever run 2 compounds). But its better to be safe then sorry. I also have HCG cause originally i was going to run tren. Don't think ill need that either but i have it on hand aswell and will play it by ear.

Nolva - day 1 80mg/ next 10 days 40mg/ next 10 days 20mg
clomid- day 1 200mg/ " " 100mg/ " " 50mg

First ever - Sust 250 EOD 425mg a wk / 10wks
second - Enthanate 2x shots a week 400mg a wk / D-bol 40mg ED first 5 weeks/ 12 wk cycle
Third - Prop 350mg wk ED pins / Anavar last 6 weeks 30 mg ED / 10 w/k total cycle
This will be my 4th cycle overall (Havent cycled for awhile wanted to see where i could get naturally before I do another one)
I have been working out since i was 14. Have been an athlete my entire life, from soocer, to hockey, to football, basketball, lacross, track you name it. I have taken some form of martial arts since the age of 4 everything from karate, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and jujitsu.
I have tried many methods of exercise from strength training, bulk training, endurance training, circuit training/cross fit, altitude training and the list goes on... from my years of experimenting i have come to the conclusion, there is no WRONG WAY of working out, its just simplying what works best for you. And for what i do, and what my goals are, this exercise program simply works best for me.

Training - Basic but just a lot of it. 3 days on, 1 day off.
Back and bicep.
6 back exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
4 bicep exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
Chest and triceps
6 Chest exercises / 7sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
4 triceps exercsies / 7sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
Legs and Shoulders
6 leg exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
6 shoulder exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
ED - stretch / run 1.5 miles before workout / ab routine / followed by workout routine / followed by 1.5 mile run
(REMEMBER 3 days on, 1 day off)
Workouts always in the am.
Train 2/2.5hours muay thai ED 7pm-9/9:30pm
Nutrition (ill give you the just of it)
4am - 4x L-arginine proglutamate lysine pills (I do not wake up at 4am i just set my alarm so i can zombie these pills on an empty stomach)
5am - 1 Full serving weight gainer shake, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, half banana, 1.5 cups skim milk
6am - Beta aline, citri-mallate, agmatine sulfate in Gatorade before workout
10am - 2 scoops protein power, 40grams dextrose, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 1 table spoon PB, 1.5 cup skim milk, glutamine, taurine, citri-mallate
11:30am - 1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein power, 1 cup frozen blueberries, half cup egg whites
2pm - 1 sweet potatoe, 2x chicken breast, 4 cups broccoli
4:30pm - 1 chicken breast, 1/2cup ground beef, 1/2 avocado, 4 cups spinach
6:30pm - 3 eggs, 250ml egg whites, 1/2cup ground beef, 3 cups spinach
9:30pm - 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp PB, glutamine, taurine, citri-mallate.
10:30pm - 6x L-arginine Proglutamate Lysine pills, 4x Gaba
