Cycle - (will be starting sometime this week)


 


Current stats
25, 6'2, 210, 10 % BF


Goals - 10 pounds lean muscle, loose some bf %. Will be a walking photo shop! :)


Weeks 1-5
test prop 525mg/wk ED injections
mast prop 525mg/wk ED injections
Var 37.5mg ED (half pill x3 ED)


Weeks 6-10
test prop 350/wk ED injections
mast prop 525mg/wk ED injections
Var 56.25 ED ( half pill + quarter pill x3 ED)


 


 B12 injections - 1CC ED throughout whole cycle


Fish oil blend, Advanced multivitamin, Vitamin C - ED x 3


Milk thistle - ED x 1


PCT and On cycle therapy
Weeks 6-10
Organ Guard product provided by UGL


I have aromasin on hand if I need it. (Will start at 7.5mg ED if needed)  Never had a problem with gyno or any bad sides (though ive only ever run 2 compounds). But its better to be safe then sorry. I also have HCG cause originally i was going to run tren. Don't think ill need that either but i have it on hand aswell and will play it by ear.


3 days after last injection your basic pct
Nolva - day 1 80mg/ next 10 days 40mg/ next 10 days 20mg
clomid- day 1 200mg/ " " 100mg/ " " 50mg


Past cycles
First ever - Sust 250 EOD 425mg a wk / 10wks
second - Enthanate 2x shots a week 400mg a wk / D-bol 40mg ED first 5 weeks/ 12 wk cycle
Third - Prop 350mg wk ED pins / Anavar last 6 weeks 30 mg ED / 10 w/k total cycle
This will be my 4th cycle overall (Havent cycled for awhile wanted to see where i could get naturally before I do another one)


I have been working out since i was 14. Have been an athlete my entire life, from soocer, to hockey, to football, basketball, lacross, track you name it. I have taken some form of martial arts since the age of 4 everything from karate, boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and jujitsu.
I have tried many methods of exercise from strength training, bulk training, endurance training, circuit training/cross fit, altitude training and the list goes on... from my years of experimenting i have come to the conclusion, there is no WRONG WAY of working out, its just simplying what works best for you. And for what i do, and what my goals are, this exercise program simply works best for me.

Training - Basic but just a lot of it. 3 days on, 1 day off.


Back and bicep.
6 back exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
4 bicep exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)


Chest and triceps
6 Chest exercises / 7sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
4 triceps exercsies / 7sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)


Legs and Shoulders
6 leg exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)
6 shoulder exercises / 7 sets of 10 reps (2 warm up / 5 normal)


ED - stretch / run 1.5 miles before workout / ab routine / followed by workout routine / followed by 1.5 mile run
(REMEMBER 3 days on, 1 day off)


Workouts always in the am.
Train 2/2.5hours muay thai ED 7pm-9/9:30pm


Nutrition (ill give you the just of it)


4am - 4x L-arginine proglutamate lysine pills (I do not wake up at 4am i just set my alarm so i can zombie these pills on an empty stomach)
5am - 1 Full serving weight gainer shake, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, half banana, 1.5 cups skim milk
6am - Beta aline, citri-mallate, agmatine sulfate in Gatorade before workout
10am - 2 scoops protein power, 40grams dextrose, 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 1 table spoon PB, 1.5 cup skim milk, glutamine, taurine, citri-mallate
11:30am - 1 cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein power, 1 cup frozen blueberries, half cup egg whites
2pm - 1 sweet potatoe, 2x chicken breast, 4 cups broccoli
4:30pm - 1 chicken breast, 1/2cup ground beef, 1/2 avocado, 4 cups spinach
6:30pm - 3 eggs, 250ml egg whites, 1/2cup ground beef, 3 cups spinach
 9:30pm - 1 scoop protein powder, 1 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp PB, glutamine, taurine, citri-mallate.
10:30pm - 6x L-arginine Proglutamate Lysine pills, 4x Gaba

Excellent post ,,excellent description ,, just all around a great layout of your exp. Your goals , and expectations ,and concerns ,,, cycle looks nice to me ,, 1 question ,pct ,why 200, when the norm is 100/100/50 ,,, and its just out of curiosity I ask ,,I never pct ,,I'm trt ,and I like the reason behind ,the scenes ,kwim ,,,and I won't question the var,, as long as you monitor the liver etc,, I run my cycles against the norm and what fits me ,and my sweet spot ,, like the one I'm on know ,and loving it ,,had a little set back but up and running agion ,,and +1 bro ,, like the layout ,hope to here more from you

Hey thanks for the great response man. And no no its fine you ask. Im here to get feedback from guys who have been doing this longer than I have. I have lots of knowledge for someone my age, but you can never know TOO much. Knowledge is power.


Theres theory that if you hit the body with a double dose first day and then taper down with a normal pct dosing, it helps shock the body back to producing normal/steady levels faster. Like I said theory, everyone seems to do something a little different with pct. As long as you have the typical "taper down method" you'll be golden.


My rule is, if your buddies are shrinking during cycle have HCG on hand, matter of fact if you run something that will shut you down hard like tren, hcg should automatically be a part of your cycle.


I never have had a problem with gyno, or testicular atrophy, acne anything like that, but have always had aromasin on hand. Always be prepared, Id rather have it and not need it then need it and not have it.


You mentioned you had a setback? Everything GTG?

Been running tren a /prop 75 mg ed apiece ,,beautiful run got gout for a week crippled me but ,I just needed the push ,,I just crushed 315 for like 4 sets ,,but my adriline was through roof ,,lol I have Dr tomorrow get script and extend cycle 2 weeks ,,that's all ,,minor set back ,,and for the record ,prov ,does wonders ,,for me along with cab and aro I'm a porn star ::)) for a few more weeks ,,let us know how cycle is ,,I know what your saying now with 200 ,,its like front load ding a cycle ,, jump start makes since ,,

Well its good to hear your back at it! I've posted some before pics (pre cycle shots) on my account, and will be posting during and after ones to. But ill for sure let you know how its going (how I feel, the pumps, strength increases etc etc)

NP, my man always kind words from me ,, hey I'm just another bro learning the ropes trial and era as I go,, trying to kill life's boredom ,stay health looking good ,,and most of all safe ,,, I'm not one of these bros that need to be on top of the aas game with the technical bull shit ,,I'm not a general ,nor do I want to be ,,I'm just a old soldier and my place is in the battle field ;)) with the throops :)))
