Test + acne=quality?

Ok I'm using test e 250 my friend is very unreliable but good gain's with product and heavy acne so I'm trying outher test 250 e different friend but my Gain's are not as good and my acne is clearing up so my question is the more acne the better the product

hard to say. it could be that the first one actually increased your T levels so you got both gains and acne. the second one doesn't increase T levels and you don't get either.
But it definitely doesn't mean that the more acne - the better the product. I mentioned above just an example of a possible scenario
