Little late here. But you’re not alone brother. I myself get wicked PIP from Test E. Redness lumps. It itches. Makes me agro lol. I can’t inject any more than .3-.5 ml and even then it causes pain more often than not. When I was doing 1ml in my delt it was unbearable, almost to the point I was going to quit taking test all together and just run a Deca only cycle. No matter what muscle group I use. Basically only do delts and glutes. It causes pain. I’ve tried all the above methods. Getting the bottle warm first seemed to make it worse. There is zero consistency to it I’ve found. Like 1 outta 5 times I won’t get any pain. But usually I just prepare myself for some mildly intense shoulder pain after I pin test. And it lasts for days even. Massages only seem to make it spread and makes another area of my arm hurt. Deca. I could run 500mg in my glute with zero pain. Same manufacture of gear, and I know the gear is legit because well, the gains and bloodwork don’t lie lol. I’m thinking the shit is overdosed. Why do I think that. Well because I’m getting pretty much close to the same reaction from .5ml as I would from 1ml. Which would tell my ass that it’s strong shit. I’m going to try test P at 100mg/ml and see if that resolves some of the PIP issues. After talking with people and reading comments from various forums, you just gotta bro science the shit and see what works.

I would switch from Test E to Test C, and go for the concentration of 200 mg up to 250 mg/ml. Inject slowly, (two different needles for drawing and injecting), with the injection needle of 26g.
