This one came across today. Same company, but you can see in that ad they dont even mention the medical consulting.
Its like boner pills, quick video conference with an indian doc and your viagra is on the way. I bet they do the same with this.
Which means theyre not enforcing it very strictly, that was the point i was trying to make in our other conversation
