Oh shit AP, you got me coughing my lung out. Pimp my forklift, I worked at a pneumatic factory and shipping/receiving. They tried to certify me after 3yrs cuz they didn't want to up my pay. I did 3 different forklifts, cherry picker, the pallet lifter that you ride on in the front, and the carousel. 

 I've barley trained arms this cycle so I can beef up my torso since they come on strong but I'm incorporating them next week for the remaining weeks ;)

Strong this is great advice...truer words couldn't be spoken. Scales only show weight where a mirror will tell the absolute truth! The most productive cycle is the one you work hardest for and Frankie if you stick to what strong said then in 3 months you won't care what a scale says because that mirror will have you staring and amazed brother!

Well I have a topic for the day..The Topic is Morning Wood as you guy's know Frankie is on 500 mg's of Test-Cyp a week for the next 12 weeks . So this is my 3rd week and today at 4:00 am I awoke from my usual dreams with all my cast of characters to the most pleasant of surprises . What you might ask well I'll tell ya I wasn't pitching a tent this time around it was more like the  Empire State Building in all it's glory lights shining and the whole nine yards I got up did the moon walk and knocked my wife a couple of times in the head...lmfao :::)))). But wait it gets better I went back to sleep and woke up at 6:00 am and my friends the Empire State Building was still standing tall lights Shining and the whole nine yards and this time around I think I heard people clapping..:) Man I'm loving this ...So that it for me right now I'll keep you guys posted.....lol

Yea bro,thanks for asking ,the gym I manage is changing ownership so I've been super busy dealing with that ....that's why I haven't been around for a while and buy the time I'm done working I'm wore out this is the most I've been on my phone in days...but that's OK gotta put in that work
