Farm strong is my Dad, Never lifted a weight in his life. When I was super young he took all 5 boys to a powerlifting event. The guys were dead lifting. One jacked guy asked " anyone in the audience wanna try"  its not like my dad to show anyone up. He raised his hand and walked down and deadlifted 600ish lbs (I forget exactly) and he looked at the guy and said " now try to stop 2 defensive lineman coming at you to try to kill your quarterback" He played Navy football. That's a Farm strong mofo.

I've been absent for a bit due to how busy work is which I can't complain but it puts my diet and training to crap lol.

I've been using APL for a few monotes and very happy. I put much whole crew on APL'S gear and my guys work like animals. I had a question.. I have the TNE and damn is it powerfull. 1st time adding it to a cycle but the crystals, do I have to dislove them by blowdryer or can I just shake the bottle up? I feel like a newbie but over 20 yrs lifting I never ventured towards the no esters.

Yep then its all about PCT. Don't get me wrong there are ways it can be done for the bros on TRT but really its just easier to PCT your cycles until after that point. Some guys didn't have a choice due to very low natural but if its an option its always the best option
