    Thoughts on upcoming months...

Yes, I will actually give that a go and see how it fares. I just want to give my muscles and tissue a chance to recover without losing the testosterone input - I only pin thighs and glutes and sometimes, I feel I am a colander.

29 gauge, half inch needles are usually insulin use needles or SC/SubQ use - it will not have the penetrating depth for a true IM pin as you would need another half inch. You could try upper outer thigh however, you would have to ensure the angle is as straight as possible to ensure maximum...

    Thoughts on upcoming months...

Thanks Aussie - much appreciated. Can't your info be pinned by an admin - I did the obligatory search and did not find anything useful (I suppose it depends on what key-words you use in the search). My GP will not do anything to help - a routine appointment currently takes 3 months and I can't...

    Thoughts on upcoming months...

Would love some advice and thoughts. I am coming to the end of my current cycle which is 800 EQ and 400 Test E per week split into 2 pins. Discontinued the Winnie and had a good drop in my BP. As I am 50 I will not be bothering with PCT but am going to go with TRT. In the UK you will not be...

    How many hours

1 hour a day give or take. I do BACS - Back and Arms one day, Chest and Shoulders the next, my rest day is cardio for one hour then BACS again. 12 hour shifts make it untenable to do more than an hour sadly and, on days off, I am too knackered to do more...

    scar tissue

Are you talking about Lipohypertrophy (Fatty lumps) or keloid style scarring? If it is Lipo then the massage guns work wonders. Renpho do one via Amazon and, if my gym did not have them, I'd buy one. 5 mins post pinning and 2-3 mins every day should help increase blood flow and minimise the...

    I need help and advice

Sleep - Try and maintain good sleep hygiene by reading a magazine or a book 1 hour before bed - no screens, blue light activates the part of the brain that keeps you awake. A sleep-noise generator or just spotify with airplane cabin noise - white noise. No stimulants 3 hours before bed - coffee...

Getting better everyday! 54 years old!

Truly something to learn from. I rarely talk to my wife about my body "design" goals but, I did yesterday. Grateful you started this thread!

Getting better everyday! 54 years old!

Wow - I have something to head for. 50 going on 51 here, been training on and off for 30 years and the last 6 years solid. I have had high BP since being diagnosed with PTSD post an IED strike 15/17 years ago. BP causes all sorts of shit and I am on 4 different Antihypertensives and...

That is my aim - to shame them 😁

In a bit of a muddy place

Very good pointers - my diet does need adjusting. I do all the right things - buy the right food and then order a McDonalds - I mean, I am 50, I regret eating it as soon as.... On the hydration side I am good - it is all diet related IMHO. Yeah, you're right, I need to buckle up and drive that diet!

Female pct and male pct with cruise

True - that is, just to add context, due to a 50 y.o. male having a lower natural test production than a 25 year old rampant bull with the horn on.

In a bit of a muddy place

You're right. I have tried cycles of Test E,Cyp etc and all have increased my #BP - not into the hypertensive crisis range but enough for nosebleeds, headaches and eye soreness.... I am lucky to have a GP who willingly increases my BP meds.

    Cable chest flys

I used to lay flat but, I found that I only made gains when my elbows dipped just below my mid centre chest line and stretched my pecs out. I did adjust the weights until I was comfortable and sfe and now have no issues with 44Kg each arm. Goal is to hit the magic 50Kg and ask the Gym to buy...

    Cable chest flys

It depends on what equipment you have or if you go to a gym. If you have a bench at home a dumbbells then can I suggest you try this. Lying flat take two weights. Whilst holding them resting on your cleavage press the weights together and force them up explosively and imagine you want to...

In a bit of a muddy place

Frustrating. Over the last 3 years I have tried various different cycles - all compounds appear to increase my BP. Test, Tren, DBol, Anavar, Winstrol and now EQ (which is EQ & Test mix...) - I am doomed. I hit a plateau on the natural side of things and, apart from a few years in my younger...

Female pct and male pct with cruise

That is so true. If you look at a lot of the meds being pushed for PCT and then look at when they were designed and manufactured for the first time, you have to think..... how the fuck did Arnie father kids!?

Addition to trt for burning stomach fat

Cardio - yeah, it's a killer 😁 I used to do loads but, knees, lower back, ankles.... I use bikes and elliptic trainers now and walk - speed walking on running machines (I walk faster than some of the yummy mummys lol). Diet is a mental thing for me. If I am down, I eat (the wrong stuff). If I...

In a bit of a muddy place

Cool - thanks. I will take all of that on-board and work with it. My BP has always been high since having been diagnosed with PTSD. It is, however, higher since I have been using EQ. Once I have finished this cycle and have compared bloods before, during and after I will rethink what compounds...
