While it is true you end up pissing out what you don't absorb.....it's not anywhere near 70%......and if you truly believe that....break your vitamin in half.
Remember that you'll never absorb any micronutrients you don't consume and the typical bodybuilder diet is very micronutrient deficient...
Absolutely man! Supplements are garbage. I don't really consider vitamins and minerals as supplements more than a way to fill in the nutrition gaps. The only "supplements" that work illegal without a prescription.
No! Don't quote me on that and it's just something I read about energy drinks....I believe it was the niacin they claimed to be bad.....but we are talking mega-doses. You can find a study that says anything is bad for you.....as well as good.
I definitely consume a fuck ton of caffeine. Prob. 700 mg/ day, non workout days.....love my caffeine. I believe it's the massive amounts of B vitamins that is hard on the liver from energy drinks, not the caffeine.
@GainzBandit do you do trace or colloidal minerals? I'm a huge believer in mineral supplements, of course electrolytes but colloidal contains dozens of trace minerals.
All BPC-157 did for me was drain my bank account....any relief from tendon pain was small if not placebo. Some peptides do what they say but on myself, BPC-157 is not what people make it out to be. And way too expensive to not work.
Mast hasn't brought me any noticable side effects yet. I always felt "off" on just test alone so added mast because some guys say it helps them feel better and it really makes me feel good on cycle.
Never....I'm pretty new to AAS. I attempted 3 cycles in my mid 30's but had to abort all of them due to side effects. Stayed natural another 10 years and at 45 started juicing. So far it's Test E/ MastE /Deca that I've used and tolerate well.
I remodel houses man.....if I'm running baseboard or tile I'll do several hundred lunges in a day. I can only imagine climbing poles with probably 50# of tools.....but I honestly wouldn't trade jobs with anyone, love being a carpenter.
I have some ready for my next cycle. Now, I've heard some guys say it crushes estro while others say it doesn't. I like to run mast/test at about a 3/4:1 ratio....it keeps my estrogen in the sweet spot. Let's say I was on 400 test/300mast/300eq.....would my estro tank? Thoughts?
How old are you? I'm 46. I can't hit the gym on the way home from work though. I get home, eat, take a nap and then I train in the evening. Aside from work, the gym is really the only place I ever go🤣 such a recluse.
