    Long term effects of TRT

Those aren't crazy high....tren maybe a bit but that doesn't sound like a horrible recovery. Like I said 33 is still young....once your nuts go for good you no longer have a choice.

    Long term effects of TRT

I had an endocrinologist tell me that even therapeutic doses of testosterone are stressful to the heart.....but I know they have to be careful almost to the point of being useless sometimes. Blood work and monitoring is really the only way to know for sure.

    Long term effects of TRT

At 33 I would say if you naturally have healthy test levels, go off and get your nuts running again. You are still very young. Just try to make the transition to off cycle as easy as possible. Titrate down, proper PCT. But if you've been blasting the shit out of yourself....it's gonna be more of...

It's a blessing to be born in the USA. If you live in USA and complain how hard life is you need a reality check.

How have Steroids improved your life?

I'll get shit for eating every 3 hours at work yet it's perfectly acceptable to take 6 smoke breaks per shift. Forget the steroid use.....people just hate it when you're achieving what they wish they could.

    Next blast!

I had a girlfriend like that years ago....she just had to eat every two hours. Ever know anyone with a pet bird? My sister had a canary growing up and their metabolisms are so fast if you forget to feed them one fucking time they can starve to death. You have a bird metabolism.

Do your mass gainers have maltodextrin? That shit spikes blood sugar like nothing else.... after the crash you'll be hypoglycemic and shaky, used to happen to me back in the day when I was using weight gainer. I go through the same cycles of eating almost perfect every bite to slacking .....we...

I don't know what your macro breakdown is but if your fat intake is real low it may help to add some fat at the expense of some carbs.....slow that digestion and stabilize blood sugar. Having protein and fat for breakfast with zero carbs will also help stabilize blood sugar all day, and give...

For putting on weight.....nothing better than milk and eggs, but Holy Fuck my digestion would be a disaster! Milk and eggs helped me gain my first 30#......totally natural back then. Can't handle that combo anymore🤣

    Tren Twins-biceps

My split is push/off/pull/off/arms/yoga/legs....which is for sure overtraining, and I know that. I would combine bi's with pull and tri's with push, but I fucking love training my arms in one workout.... highlight of my week.

How have Steroids improved your life?

Absolutely dude. Most older guys in America with foreman jobs are fat and lazy....burnouts. When your in great shape people instantly give you respect...not so much cause muscles are intimidating but they know it takes discipline and years of work. It speaks volumes without saying a single word.

How have Steroids improved your life?

I'm not so grumpy all the time....honestly it's like reverse roid rage. Between working construction in the hot Florida sun, training my ass off 5 times a week and going to school...all at 46 years old. On gear my body heals quicker and I'm not so exhausted and sore all the time. My mood is more...
