Entered for a powerlifting comp beginning of November so looking forward to doing that. Been 2 years since I last competed. Doing full power as the push/pull is more expensive to do. I'll do a token squat, nothing major and I'd like to aim for 260 kg deadlift and 160kg bench. My last comp was 250/150 and that was with low test

I thought anavar was liver safe but hard on the kidney's. Also under the impression proviron was liver safe. Educate me.

Saw something similar myself and also to take under the tongue and let it dissolve itself also reduces the effect on liver

I can't think of a way saliva could do that, and if it does it's because less active compound hits the liver.

anavar is among the safest oral steroid for your liver, but it is still not safe. it is just "safer" compared to others. but yes, it is the only oral steroid that is affecting your kidneys too. while it not actually that "hard", it does have a negative effect on your kidneys.
as for proviron, yes, it is even safer than anavar. proviron is an oral steroid, but unlike most other oral steroids, it is not c17aa - the part of the oral steroids that make them liver toxic. proviron is not c17aa, meaning that is not liver toxic. nonetheless, it still remains an oral, meaning that it does passes through your liver, and theoretically, if used in HUGE doses and for a very long time, some hepatotoxicity is not to be completely excluded.

As an ex junkie whose taken more sublingual meds than anyone...
Dissolving under the tongue does bypass the gi track and liver. Goes directly into the bloodstream. But... Your blood still gets pumped through your liver.
The other thing is not all drugs aren't meant to be sublingual. You could leave a Tylenol under your tongue all day and nothing would happen. You could put 2ml of test under your tongue and nothing would happen. Now some pills can be broken up and set under the tongue... Xanax, oxy, Tylenol... If crushed or you removed the coating... You can. It hits much harder and you get more of it.
Now does oral steroids work the same... I don't know. I would imagine it would. But everything in the pill is still in your body, getting filtered through your liver and kidneys. So is it safer... No.. more effective... Idk... Maybe. That's an answer for someone much fuckin smarter than me.
Also... Don't do drugs... Up with hope, down with dope!

Alright, this makes sense. I generally stay away from orals anyways.....I do use proviron at 60mg per day and occasionally winstrol.....winny really gives me a kick. I wish I could run it in bigger doses for longer.

Not sure what stats your asking but I weighed in at 118 kg and I was 44 at that last comp. To be fair I was carrying a belly which has since gone down since being on test.

When I got my last test order I got 200 10mg Anavar. I'll let them run out and after the comp in November I wanna go another cycle. What would you recommend for strength, I can't see myself getting down to small body fat numbers, which I'm ok with, but definitely prefer the strength and to look like it too. Heard lots of good reports of test and primo together.

primo is great, but when it comes to strength... tren, hands down. but it is very powerful so be careful with it.

Tren.......most definitely never going that far. Its not that important to me. Test has been fantastic at giving me a new lease of life with how I feel. I don't mind adding in a bit extra for some strength and keeping the joints in decent shape.

Cool......I remember being offered that way back when I first started lifting in the 90s..........so I'm on 250mg test per week, currently taking 40mg Anavar daily. What mg would you recommend to take deca.

if you only use 250 mg of test per week, you shouldn't use deca more than 200 mg/week, maybe even lower.

I was on 375 test a week and I was getting anxious and agitated. That's the reason I dropped down to 250. Plus my test was at 1900 so quiet high
