This is going to be a cardio day. This morning I took my usual supplements:
- 50mg testosterone propionate
- 30mg NPP
- 30mg masteron Propionate
- 2.5ius HGH
- 3 grams white vein meang da kratom
- 75mg tianeptine
- 50mg bromantane
- 10mg Cialis
- 10mg GW-501516
Here is my blood pressure after all of the nootropics and morning “get up and go” drugs.

Short esters hit fast and feel more powerful to me. I don’t get why most everyone does 500mg test cyp. It takes forever to kick in and I bloat off it.You're a big reason why I'm going to try fast esters.
I think eventually I might make the switch entirely from long to shorts.
Long esters are definitely cheaper... but the shorts just seem to work better
I never used anything until a couple years ago. If your bloods are fine then you don’t need it.Because test e and c cycles are like 1/3rd the price. And as far as trt... much much cheaper.
But its amazing how many supplements you take... and how little I take.
Except for my gear which is only 150mg of test e per week for my cruise, and all the vitamins in my mass gainer... that's it.
I don't take anything... no fish oil, vitamins, creatine... nothing! I feel like I should, but every time I get bloods done... I'm rock solid. I'm not deficient in anything, my blood pressure and cholesterol levels are perfect.
I've always thought much of the vitamin and supplements were scams... snake oil. But judging by how you look... maybe I judged too soon

It sounds like it’s just DHT. I wouldn’t want to take straight DHT. They seems hard on the prostate and hair line. Masteron is a DHT derivative but it’s very low in toxicity and helps lower estrogen’s ability to enter the androgen receptor. That’s enough DHT for me.Even for prevention?
That was my main thought. Up until a year ago I was natty. So up until now I haven't had to really worry about my bp or cholesterol. But I understand the more I use... the more likely I might need to in the future. So I was wondering about what to take now to lower my chances later.
Also... do you have any experience running mestanolone?
I'm just hearing about it, I really like what it says it has to offer...especially the mental aspects of it. But it seems... pricey for what it is
Glad you’re still with usThe past 5 days or so I’ve had zero energy. I couldn’t get up. I’d take all my preworkout drugs and still couldn’t get up. I finally figured out it was the addition of Cardarine(GW-501516). I didn’t take it today and I had an awesome leg workout. I’m hoping my energy is 100% normal in a couple days. I’m sticking with Berberine 600mg twice during the morning and metformin 500mg SR at night, and kratom morning and early afternoon. All 3 of those are glucose disposal agents/ diabetes type drugs. Cardarine was just too much. It forces the body to use body fat over carbs for energy, and I have no body fat.I seriously thought I was dying. I thought my time was up. Then my dad said it could be low blood sugar, and it hit me.
I was basically taking 4 diabetes drugs. I was freezing cold which is one sign of metformin over dose but my metformin dose is low. It was the combination of all the glucose disposal drugs. If I feel horrible tomorrow then I’ll have to look at other possibilities, but today I’m much better, thank God!

(3 sets each with 30Lb dumbbells)
- squats
- dead lifts

SUPERSET:
(4 sets each using monkey feet and 15Lb dumbbells)
- leg extensions
- lying leg curls
CARDIO:
- 20 minutes on the bike at level 13
