So we're sitting at a stop sign trying to figure out where we were. A cop rolls up and runs up to the window. He's like what the fuck are you guys doing here? We told him, looking for this address. He said we were way off and needed to get the fuck out of this area. He legit told us don't stop at red lights or stop signs. They will swarm your car, just get the fuck out of here as fast as you can.
That and Albany Street in Schenectady is probably the worst areas around me until you get to NY City. Even though there's a town pretty close called Troy that's going down hill very... very fast.

Bro... talking about Uber eats.
Last year she had a delivery in a hotel in the middle of the ghetto. She didn't realize it until she was half way there. And because she already picked up the food she couldn't cancel it. The instructions said to bring it up to the 3rd floor. She wasn't going to, she was just going to leave it at the front desk but no one was there. So she's walking through this crack shack hotel... one hand holding the food and her other hand in her purse gripping her sig. She said she was so freaked out. The majority of the doors were open. Open drug use, open prostitution, people coming up to her trying to get the food or just harassing her in general. She basically sprinted to the 3rd floor and dropped it at the door. She immediately called me and I could hear the stress in her voice. I could also hear the... humm of just people around her. Kids screaming, people yelling. guys trying to stop her from walking, telling her she could make some real money if she just followed them. She just started saying very loudly where she was. I told her just be calm and don't make eye contact.. just keep moving.
Bro ... by the time she got back in her car she busted into tears and she said her hand hurt from squeezing that grip so tight. She said she was terrified someone was just going to pull her into one of the rooms.
And this is a girl who grew up in housing projects.
Ever since then she never takes a order unless she knows exactly where it's going.

There's only been a handful of times I've felt that fuckin helpless.. I don't fuckin like it.
But that's why she's packing, has mace, a knife, monkey fist, 32" breaker bar within arms reach. I try to protect her as much as I can when I'm not with her.
It's also why I have a pitbull and cane Corso. So when I'm not home I know she's protected.

Both use to lifting at home by ourselves so use to moving at a fast pace and we both love volume over weight.
But form is super important to me. I have 2 mirrors on either side of me when I lift (or in front of behind depending on direction) so I can do my best to make sure I'm not leaning or slouching
