I Hear you... I have been a motorcycle rider my whole life. Lots of accidents. I've fallen off a roof and broke neck/back vertebrae, Prosthetic Radial head in my elbow. Many repairs from Dr's : )    Trust me bro, a Stretching/breathing routine is necessary. The thing is, you need to commit 15 minutes every day. I take off here and there but if I stop for a week I cant move.  Bottom line, You are not a resilient kid anymore but you can still achieve comfort.. 

 

Is tough  as hell in the beginning.....but man does it work, I still hate it....just like burpees, they flat out suck, but so effective...
