For a first cycle I'm taking tri test 400 twice a week at 1 ml per injection. I have tried tren but am waiting to start taking it. Any suggestions if I'm doing OK with that?
Questin: what supplements should I take for liver and heart health and what should I take when cycling off to manage test levels and estrogen levels

you said it is your first cycle but you already tried tren?
my recommendation: do not use trenbolone, at least, just yet. stay away from tren for the first cycle.
suggestions if you're doing ok: you do ok by splitting testosterone dosage throughout per week, but in my humble opinion, 800 mg/week (1 ml of tri test 400 x2 weekly = 800 mg/week) is too large of a dosage for a beginner. 400 mg/week will do. this means 1 ml per week. split dosage per week = 0.5 ml x2 weekly.

you do not need liver supplements if using testosterone alone. although you can still use them if you want to. it can be whatever supplements you want (liv52, nac, tudca, milk thistle etc.)
as for heart health - again, whichever supplement you want. but if you have heart issues, make sure you can use testosterone in the first place (or any other steroid) because they affect your cholesterol and often your cardiovascular heart not in a good way.
you may need to manage estrogen levels during the cycle too.
as for what to take when cycling off (PCT), it is clomid and/or nolvadex
generally, there's still more for you to learn to make sure you're starting well informed

Yes I totally agree. No need for 800 per week . I would run 400-500 of test . Definitely no tren yet . If anything get yourself some EQ or Deca for collagen synthesis . Test alone makes your tendons weaker. You can run it at as little as 200-300 per week. Eat good and rest but most of all lift heavy and often

some studies suggest test makes your tendons weaker, while others suggest test makes them stronger. I guess it depends. in the end, test alone is enough, and you do not need huge dosages to get the job done

I completely tore my pec back in 1999 while only running test . It sucks so I always run something with test to prevent that from happening again.

it also could've happened because testosterone significantly boosts your strength and muscles, allowing you to lift heavier, but your tendons are not ready for the extra load. it does happen when beginners using steroids suffer injuries from first cycles when their strength spikes and they continue going for PRs and heavier volume

Yeah , you're correct.... But either way it gives me reasons to run other stuff lol.. Other then Tren,,lol That shit makes me wacky

Im old school ,and I think less is better. Its because I ran heavy cycles before . If you're in it for a long haul ,you can run more next time . Remember diet is the key. Your receptors get oversaturated and they don't respond as well if you go off the deep end off the rip. I would run Deca at 200-300 per week along with test as well . I like 20 week cycles myself. You can up your doses next cycle . Remember steady wins the race . Quick gains usually go away quickly as well.

yes you can mix and take in one shot, but this increases chances of PIP. you should use both separately and see how you react, then you may attempt using both mixed in the same syringe.
as for deca dosage - keep it lower than that of Test. a good ratio is at least 3:2 (or 1.5:1). This means that for every 100 mg of Deca you use, you should use at least 150 mg/week of Test (or higher).

I recommend the same amount of time you've been on cycle. if you've been on a 20 week cycle, then 20 week off. Some people only take a smaller amount such as 6-10 week off, however.
