Hi all.

This is my first post.
I have been searching for a good TRT clinic, but they are very expensive as in the cost of Testosterone. I have decided to try and find a good UGL.
I'm a 49yr old male, 6ft and 189lbs and from the UK.
My bloods have come back low on testosterone for the past few years. I'm now wondering if low testosterone could be causing anxiety, low moods, low libido, poor sleep, irritable and more. I eat clean and healthy, I don't drink alcohol or take any illegal drugs. I have been on Diazepam and Citalopram daily as prescribed for over 20 years, these are prescribed by the doctor for anxiety and agoraphobia, although they don't work anymore and I'm not sure if I should try another mental health drug due to the addiction/withdrawal and side effects they bring.
So hoping to learn a bit more on here about low test and what's a good lab to use.

Hello, there are good labs in the UK producing quality stuff.
welcome. Glad you're getting over drugs, and getting on the right path.
get your T, workout, and have a good diet - you'll see huge improvements in no time

Im not a doctor, this isn't medical advice.

If your T levels were good, those other drugs probably wouldn't be necessary.

I was offered anti depressants when my balls stopped working, I grew a tit and blew up like a balloon. Course I was fucking depressed, but I needed tamoxifen and testosterone not fuckin SSRIs and sedatives.

@Gainz. ?

Gentech Labs
Cerberus Pharma
Edge Health Care
MediPharma
British Dispensaries
Equilia (shitty labels and boxes, underdosed, but legit)

I've never had any infections from any of these guys, some are dosed better than others but they're all clean and work.

Yup... I don't think I could say it any better!
Low test is the leading cause of anxiety and depression in men.
Things like Xanax and Zoloft are only going to make it worse.

I recommend getting on 125mg of test per week... ASAP! And if you've been on diazepam for 20 years... (Jesus you have a terrible doctor. They are only supposed to be used for a few weeks at a time)
You are going to have a very hard time coming off of them. At this point you might not be able too.
Just decrease dosage as much as possible without effecting your quality of life.
Within 4 weeks of injecting test you are going to feel like a million bucks.

I'm not judging you... I was an addict of my own doing... I let those pills dictate my life and almost end my life. Getting off that garage and on test was the best decision I've ever made. There's plenty of guys here who have gone through the same thing.

Go to the doctor with low test and depression. They give you Xanax so you don't care as much. But that's not enough so they add Zoloft too... Which makes your dick not work... Only leading to more depression.... But don't worry they have a whole bunch of other drugs you can try...
I really hate the "health care" system.
100-150mg of test per week would not only fix all those mental health problems... But give you confidence and make your body work better.
So yeah brother... Get on some test!

This is the exact kind of group I was after, thanks all for the helpful replies.

My Dr kept saying that I needed Diazepam, I took his advice thinking he is a Dr and knows best. My views on the majority of Dr's has changed a lot over the past few years as not one of them suggested that I should be slowly tapering off the Diazepam, instead offering me an increased dose. It was an Internet search one day that showed that long term benzo use actually increases anxiety.

It feels like my confidence has been wiped away along with the motivation to do anything. I was always so outgoing, hardly ever spent time indoors as always outside. So to be stuck indoors due to the severity of the anxiety is like caging a tiger.

Long term benzos use... Equals nothing good. It's just numbing you to your emotions. Coming off is going to be really hard.
I've quit nicotine, caffeine, opioids and opiates... But quiting benzos was by far the worst thing I've ever gone through.

But since you are really suffering from low T I recommend starting with sust.
It's a blend of fast and slow acting test esters.
This way you can start feeling better much faster.

So... Quick break down of what you will need and how to do it.
1 10ml vial of 250mg sust will last you 20 weeks if you take .5ml per week.
So that's 150mg per week.
You will inject .25ml or 75mg on Monday and .25ml on Thursday.

If each vial lasts 20 weeks... 52 weeks in a year... You need 3 vials for the whole year... But because of spilling, accidents and some vials only having 9ml (some have 12ml)
It's best to buy 4 at a time.
You will also need either adex or nolva for any high estrogen symptoms you might get. I recommend buying both.
Then you just need some barrels and pins. I recommend 20g to draw and 27g to pin. And for such a small amount of oil 1ml barrels will be just fine.

If I need to explain any of that better just ask. It's all second nature to me now... I forget how it can be your first time 😂

Welcome to the group, Mastiff. Great to have ya onboard. Great folks and info here as you can probably tell.
Yes sir... Except for that @Gainz. Guy... No body actually likes him. He thinks he knows everything... Dude barely looks like he lifts... With those girly little traps. Plus I heard him mom pays people to be his friend.
And don't get me started on what I heard his girl does to him...
