I’m 50yr old, above average cardio, 6 ft 196lbs, I’ve lost 45 lbs in 3 yrs, looking for a faster way to build muscle definition may with gear, never done anything before, does anyone think that I’m to old for this? What would I get to promote this growth, as of now I work out 5 to 6 times week. Help!

Have you gone to your doctor and got checked for low testosterone?

At 50 it's very likely that you do and a script of testosterone might be exactly what you're looking for.
