i got good genetics in my abs. but i got a hiatal hernia and if i do abs it looks funny as its a big mess if i flex my abs. i got the hernia due to heavy shoulder shrugs.

Just another reason why I don't like lifting heavy.
Every once in a while my meathead brain likes to kick in and start adding plates. Sometimes I just need to lift heavy to get that mental boost. But that's pretty rare... I try to avoid injury at all cost.
Like I said before... Id rather look like I lift a lot... And stay healthy. Than actually lift heavy and get hurt... And get back to looking like a 🩻

Sup guys, awesome to be with you. Long time lurker, finally got around to joining the community. Bodybuilding for about 15 years, aged 30. Pretty extensive AAS experience as well, albeit started cycling too early. Can't change the past now. Thanks for welcoming me brothers.
