Start of my blast.
Was floating between 178-181 (I remember during my second week I saw 176 on the scale... Really upsetting 🤣)
And at the end I'm floating between 185-187

Could of it went better... Sure... Am I happy with the results... Oh yeah.
I put just over a half inch on my arms, my chest and lats are much thicker and my thighs finally have that tear drop.
I knew sticking to 3-3.5k calories per day was going to be hard in the middle of summer. I only expected 6-8lbs from it. And that's what I got more or less.
Now I just have to stay focused and not lose anything during my cruise.

And no... No filter... I'm just much more tan.
I work outside, and when I'm home... I'm shirtless.

Nice symmetry. When is your next blast? I might reduce my dose further for a while and start at same time.

My lucky ass gets laid off in December. I won't start working again until mid to late March.
So I'll be planning my blast for then.
Last year my last day of work was December 4th.
I started my blast December 5th.
So depending on weather... December 5th-12th is when I'll be starting again.

And thanks man, I still feel like my chest and lats are lacking... But I don't think I have any huge deficiencies either.
Not like Im walking around in toothpicks or something 😂

Yeah I don't think I'll ever be satisfied but looking in the mirror and not hating what I see is a good start. I'm glad your in a good place too.

I mean... Yeah... Like I said before, it could have been better. But eating so much food in the middle of summer is hard. Hence why most people cut.
But I managed to put on lean solid muscle and no fat or water weight.
I grew out of another shirt and put a half inch on my arms. So at the very least I'm happy with that.

I was watching Will Tennyson, he's a fitness influencer... I like the guy and his content.
Well anyway he just did a dexa scan.
After he finally got all the numbers he said
"So I've only put 6lbs of muscle on in the past 2 years?" The technician goes... Well you put on 6lbs... 3 of them are fat

He took a long pause and said "man I really hate being natural"

I put on 6-8 solid ass pounds in 14 weeks in almost a deficit for half of it. So... Yeah I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out.

In December I'll be doing another blast. I plan on trying to add a little fat to my body. I'm not going for a crazy bulk, I just want a little extra size for the winter. Not having any fat storage... It fucking sucks.
Any time the temp drops below 65° I'm fucking freezing. Plus I have a 20-30 minute window from "hey I'm kinda hungry" to "if I don't eat right now I'm gonna pass out"
Then I'll start to get really weak and shaky.
Every seems to think I'm somewhere around 9-10% BF. My goal for winter is to add 8-12lbs and get up near 12% bf if possible.

I won't be working, so eating, sleeping and lifting will be my only job.
(Besides maybe taking steps to become a online personal trainer/ influencer)
I talked to my girl about it and she's really pushing for me to do it.
Our dream is to buy a RV and travel around. But the only way we can do that is if we both have jobs where we can work from "home".
We still have a few years before the kids are older and out of the house... But never too soon to start planning and making steps in that direction.

i think you would be a good trainer online. go for it brother u wont be sorry.

Also I just realized how bad my body dismorphia is. We were watching YouTube, and I kept saying how big the guy on the clip was. My girl was like... You're bigger than him. I'm looking at her like... Don't blow smoke up my ass...I know you're just being nice because you're my girl.
So she went and looked up who it was.
Turns out... I am bigger... 😂. Not by a whole lot... But enough. Plus I'm much leaner.

It's just so odd to me... Some days I feel like the baddest mother fucker on the planet... While other days I feel like that 137lb guy I was almost 3 years ago.

Oh and the reason I'm looking for gym shirts is because I'm finally looking for a local gym. I'm not giving up on my home gym. But I keep getting requests from my friends and family to workout. There's just not enough room for 2 grown men to lift where I do.
Plus I really want access to a leg press.
So since most gyms don't let you walk around shirtless... I have to get gym shirts.

Yo... Yesterday when I woke up... My veins were fuckin popping bro!
My arms, legs, shoulders... Fucking shins!
I wanted to take a picture so bad but all my lighting shit was put away, and didn't want to wake my girl up at 4:45 because of some pictures... I can only imagine the look she would have given me 🙄😒🤨🤬.

I really think my new lighting will really show off just how vascular I can get.
But since I stopped deca, it's kinda hit or miss.
Because when I was on deca it was 24/7

I'm 10lbs heavier now... And even more vascular than in the picture below.
I just can't get it to happen as often.
