Mixing Tylenol and ibuprofen will kill more pain than any narcotic.
I was a junkie for years... wayyyyy to many years.

Please get off of that garbage. Ophelia is a great place to start.

Most of us here have had our issues with pain killers and or alcohol.
My problem was any and all opiates and opioids... then my life really fell apart when I found that beautiful... beautiful Xanax high... those little demons almost took my life.
Looking back it's a terrible way to live. All the money wasted, friends lost... lost trust and broken relationships.

Every time I reach out like this I usually get told to go fuck myself... which is fine. I get it... in the middle of my problem no one could tell me anything. I loved pills more than anything else... more than friends, family... even food. I've learned you can only help people who want help. So why I know I can't force you to do anything... what I can say is please learn from my mistakes!
Get on a program and get off before it kills you.
And if you're in real pain... there's far much better treatment than narcotics.
If you want help... please DM me! I'll talk to you about what ever you want, and I would never repeat anything that's said.

But no one here is going to tell you where to buy narcotics online... but they are extremely easy to find... way to easy IMO.

Good luck brother, I mean that truly! I really hope you don't become another statistic.

I was in pain for years.
3 herniated discs and a tear in my spinal cord.
PT never helped, and the oxys, dil, hydros... they never actually took the pain away. Just made me forget about the pain.
The only thing that ever took the pain away was a mixture of Tylenol and ibuprofen. But again that was only temporary.
I went back to basics and started stretching (correctly... not like they had me do during PT) and started building my core back up. Id say 80% of back pain... and most pain in general is weak muscles supporting it and dehydration. Once I started drinking water and building up my muscles... no more pain.
I know not all injuries can be fixed by some stretches, crunches and smart water... but I do know narcotics aren't the answer. They don't fix the pain... just cover it up... and cause a whole other list of problems

Gettin a little arthritis in my left hand by my thumb knuckle. I am allergic to all opioids and haven't drank alcohol in 3 years. Was thinking of a little run of deca to help with the joint pain. Never tried ibuprofen and tylenol. May give that a try first before the deca.

I recommend deca over the Tylenol and ibuprofen.
Mostly because daily doses of both can not only hurt your kidneys, but can cause ulcers in your stomach.
Even though Tylenol is a very common OTC it can still have severe side effects. Especially when taken in large doses for extended periods of time.

Now if you have a flare up, by all means take some. But on a daily basis... I don't recommend it.
I would recommend deca, and stretching! I really don't think most guys realize how important stretching is!!!
Stretching is the entire fucking reason why I'm able to lift again.
3 herniated discs and a tear in my spinal cord took me out of the game for years. I did doctor PT... but I firmly believe they don't want you to get better... because if you do... you stop going. I did their PT for months and months. With no relief. Then I took their drugs... and got hooked on their drugs... for years. Id say 80% my fault though. But my pain was very real... and the risk of getting hurt again kept me from touching any weight.
But after a back handed remark from my beautiful fiancee... I started looking into ways to fix my back.
After 3 weeks of doing the proper stretches and workouts almost 8 years of constant back pain was drastically reduced. After 2 months it was gone. Now 3 years later and my back hasn't hurt since. But I have to continue to do the stretches and put in the work.
We all have no problem curling and benching... but almost all of us avoid stretching.... why?

Now while I can't say that it can fix your problem... I promise it can help!
I mean... I went from constantly being in pain... a solid 7 out of 10 all day everyday for over 7 years. Taking every pain killer under the sun... enough of them to kill most people... and the pain was still always there. The drugs just made me not care about the pain.
Now... no pain... no pills... a very physical job and lifting weights 5 to 6 days a week.
Why? stretching... with some test and deca 😁. But the deca has only been the last few months.

Always appreciate your help and knowledge, Gainz. I will go with the deca and only use the t and i only when absolutely necessary. It is not real bad at this point. Only hurts really when doing one arm sit down dumbell curls. Other exercises do not bother me at all, thank God. My girl from Florida is still here. We hit it 4 times today.o_O. Falcon's viagra works.😂

And love him or hate him ... Jeff from athlean x is the guy who fixed my back with his "fix your herniated disc" YouTube videos.

So I would highly recommend looking for some of his videos on arthritis pain.
While I don't agree with all of his shit... he really did fix my back

yeah, that's a good idea. and you don't need large doses (but I assume you're on Test?)
also, you could start with NPP. you need to inject every other day, but you get much faster results

But ive got in a pickle with Opiates & Benzos in the past- use with caution or preferably dont use at all tbh. Paracetemol, Ibuprofen, fix the source of the pain dont mask it 👌🤙

I know this an old post but I want to just say one thing and I’ve seen it already said but I want to reiterate. The way to fix the “pain” is to let it heal and yes quitting isn’t an option for some off us but what the pain is is inflammation which PKs only mask and yes you get the buzz but I want to say the potential negative side effects are more than that is visible the “addiction” is the visible side effect the other side effects are gonna be that later on your health is going to be a leading factor that is an unforeseeable side effect till possible later in life. And on top of utilizing gear your already lowering your organ health even with all the organ health stuff and organ defender there is still damage being done idc what tests say I promise damage is occurring little by little that’s why off season is so important. So am I against PKs not really because I haven’t had the negative of being addicted but being in the field of work I’m in and have been in I’ve seen long term affects. But at the end of the day PKs are bandaids and yes it’s nice and convenient but all it does is give you false comfort and you hurt yourself. So I’m say it how I was told and no you don’t wanna do it but best way to heal is let it heal brotha. I ain’t saying stop but do exercises stretches natural stuff cuz your gonna hurt everyone that does what we do hurts and for people like me it’s chronic and generally it is for everyone that’s does what we do so give yourself some longevity and take it easy and use Ibuprofen and Tylenol they can be stacked and every 4-6 hours. But that shits dangerous too but ibuprofen is amazing for the inflamation but it’s heavy on the liver the Tylenol is great for pain but heavy on the kidneys so still take sparingly but those are best bets.

pretty much any pain killer is heavy on the body, on some specific organs...

Man, pulled a muscle in my lower back on left side during this Wednesday's workout. Didn't feel it till Thursday morning. Popped some ibuprofen. Eased the pain a little. Today, I got a brand new microwave via USPS. My girlfriend asked how are you gonna get that inside? I pushed and pulled and lifted correctly up the steps. Afterwards, I noticed the pain had really subsided in my lower back. Of course I had 2 ibuprofens. As of now, basically pain free and gonna work out again tomorrow. Just proof I don't need any opioids for pain.

Absolutely!!
They don't fix the problem at all... they just make you care a whole lot less about it.
Plus I truly believe they numb your emotions the same way they numb your pain.
As someone with already stunted emotions... when I was an addict... I didn't care about anything. I didn't get excited or sad... just walked around numb to the world
