great point turnupthegas.  The same goes for me when i am trying to gain.  I can get up fast but it won't stay.  all of the above need to be there before I can keep the weight and muscle.

It's a proven fact that in natty weight loss the slower it comes off the more likely it is to stay off. Slow and steady won the race. Plus 14 of those 17lbs was water weight anyways.
