Thanks dude thats what I figured.I would say: yes. Why would you use the gear without being able to workout? better go on the cruise mode now.

Thanks buddy, thanks everyone for the well wishes and advice. Update -Wishing for you quick recovery, mate
Lol thanks man, Im probably just gonna do pretty much wat u said, legs but as it heals maybe start doing a little bit of back with real light weights. If it'll make you feel better, arms looking good except for the purple color.. Hang in there buddy
I tried but stopped when it started hurting. I tried hanging on a pullup bar, couldnt do it either. I just noticed this cord thing n its got me worried that somethings ripped off, doc didnt notice it either guess it was swollen im gonna go again n have em look at this cord thingI'm not sure but how do you know that you can't do a push up. I hope that you have not tried
Yea but dude I can curl with zero pain...only if its a strict curl tho, if anytjing else gets involved instant agonyYou could have torn that or ripped that as well … take it easy on urself bro
The reason you can curl without issue is because that most likely isn't your bicep tendon. The location and angle looks to me like it is your pec tendon that attaches to your arm. Which makes sense because the injury started with a pressing motion.Yea but dude I can curl with zero pain...only if its a strict curl tho, if anytjing else gets involved instant agony
attempting you may worsen things up. do not force that arm in no waysJust can't stress enough. NOTHING with upper body til you have a diagnosis based upon scan results.
That whole area, the “cord” he was talking about is both the pec and the bicep tendon, but the bicep tendon is underneath the pec tendon, it’s also sheathed and there is a ton of muscle over top of it. The way he describes it definitely classic pectoral major tear .. didn’t sound like it tore fully thoughThe reason you can curl without issue is because that most likely isn't your bicep tendon. Have you had an MRI yet?
That’s understandable. Really sorry, but don’t let it get you down man!nd I was starting to see crazy fucking gains too and pop this happens, which just makes it so much more depressing.
