Lol thanks man, Im probably just gonna do pretty much wat u said, legs but as it heals maybe start doing a little bit of back with real light weights.

I wont even touch chest or any kind of press movement for a month minimum.

That pop definitely could have been a tear starting ; shoulda just finished off the set because of it fully tore , then they could have stapled it back on and it woulda been stronger than ever 🤣🤣. I’m sorry im not laughing at your injury honestly I know it would have been a pain but ER would have been your fastest route to get an MRI

Sorry for the armpit hair guys...

Wtf is that cord?? The ER doc didnt say anything about it just gave me ibuprofen 800s n and MRI specialist #

I'm not sure but how do you know that you can't do a push up. I hope that you have not tried
I tried but stopped when it started hurting. I tried hanging on a pullup bar, couldnt do it either. I just noticed this cord thing n its got me worried that somethings ripped off, doc didnt notice it either guess it was swollen im gonna go again n have em look at this cord thing

Yea but dude I can curl with zero pain...only if its a strict curl tho, if anytjing else gets involved instant agony
The reason you can curl without issue is because that most likely isn't your bicep tendon. The location and angle looks to me like it is your pec tendon that attaches to your arm. Which makes sense because the injury started with a pressing motion.

Have you had an MRI yet?

Thanks dudes, got the MRI scheduled for this Thursday. Will update with results. The doc that scheduled n looked at said its 99% chance a pec majoralis tear but I think most of us thought that.

Also brought my test down to 300 mg a week last week, prolly gonna go even lower next week maybe 200 and stay there aand treat this as my cruise, even tho I never even got to finish my cycle, and I was starting to see crazy fucking gains too and pop this happens, which just makes it so much more depressing.

That whole area, the “cord” he was talking about is both the pec and the bicep tendon, but the bicep tendon is underneath the pec tendon, it’s also sheathed and there is a ton of muscle over top of it. The way he describes it definitely classic pectoral major tear .. didn’t sound like it tore fully though
