Will it help me get shredded? Mostly I wanna get to 12% while preserving muscles. Obviously diet will be in a caloric deficit.

The reason why I push to stack mast with your tren so hard is... when you stack mast with tren... mast has this amazing ability to almost completely negate all the nastier sides that come with tren.

Now as far as your diet, I really don't want you to focus on being in a deficit.
Instead of depriving yourself of food (because on tren, especially for the first 5-6 weeks you're hunger is gonna skyrocket)
So instead about worrying about being in a deficit, I want you to focus on increasing your metabolism!
This way you can eat enough food to not only grow on tren, but not have hunger pains and feel lethargic.
So shoot for 3,000cals every day (and 300g of protein) but here's the important part!
I want you to eat 6 500cal meals every day.
This will send your metabolism into hyperdrive. You can eat a surplus and grow, while losing fat!
The problem with being in a deficit is, when you're body gets hungry...it stores fat first. And when you're hungry, like actually have hunger pains... your body eats muscle first! So every time you're hungry, you're storing fat and eating muscle! Pretty much the exact opposite of what we're all trying to do here...right?
So in the reverse of that, when we're constantly replenishing ourselves, always giving our bodies small amounts of (the right) food, our "starvation" mode stops and we start our metabolism back up. Our bodies stop storing that fat, and start burning it!
How many times have you heard a fat person say "how come your so skinny, all you do is eat, I only 1-2 times a day and can't lose weight"
(Right... makes perfect sense now huh)
And also... it wouldn't be a gainz post if I didn't say it...
DRINK WATER! I'm sure we all know how poisonous soda, juice, Gatorade, monsters are by now!
Eating 2,000 calories a day is great... but drinking 2,000 calories worth of sugar and sodium every day on top of it... kinda fucking pointless.
If you follow my diet advice above, and cut out all fluids except for water and milk (whole,skim,almond... I don't care) I fucking promise you, not only will you get bigger, but you will lose fat at the same time.
Especially on tren!
